I’ve searched for years to find a great makeup routine that I love. I am obsessed with all of these products! I’ve linked all the products below the description for easy shopping!
The Tula Face Filter is THE BEST thing I’ve ever discovered. It’s a blurring primer that also gives your skin a nice glow. You can use this under makeup or without putting makeup on top. On days when I don’t want to wear foundation I still use this on my face for a little bit of color and an amazing glow.
Another Tula product I’m obsessed with is the Rose Glow and Get It cooling and brightening eye balm. This can be used under or over makeup and really helps to brighten the under eye. I love to use this throughout the day for a refresh under my eyes.
I have to say, the Kylie Skin collection is actually amazing. I have the whole skin set and I really do love it. But because this is a makeup post, I’ll just focus on the Kylie Skin Eye Cream. Wow this stuff is amazing. I’ve always had bad bags under my eyes and this stuff really does reduce puffiness and the appearance of dark circles. it CC+ foundation. This is THE BEST foundation I’ve ever used (and I’ve used many). It’s a full coverage foundation, but it’s not too heavy on your face. I’ve used other full coverage foundations that are super thick and I’m not a fan. This foundation goes on so smooth and it still really breathable. I have very dry skin and this helps keep is hydrated. It’s also anti-again as well. I use the shade Fair Light.
Tarte Shape Tape Concealer. Again, the BEST concealer I have ever used. I’ve tried dozens of different kinds and never got the coverage that I needed for my dark circles. Wow does this stuff work. I use the shade Light Beige.
I got my setting powder as part of a Birch Box (a monthly makeup subscription) but I love it so much! It’s the Everyday Vacay Coconut Setting Powder. It smells AMAZING and makes my skin feel so smooth. I love using it under my eyes to set my concealer and it does a great job of keeping my concealer from creasing.
It took me some time to get used to liquid highlighter, but now I love it! I love the Tarte ProGlow Liquor Highlighter in the shade exposed. You seriously need the TINIEST bit and it goes a long way. I just apply it to my finger and dab it onto my cheekbones and blend it.
Lastly, mascara. I’ve been forced to start using mascara again since I stopped getting lash extensions 🙁 But at least I found one that I love! It’s the L’Oreal Voluminous Butterfly in the color Black. It has a plastic applicator and does such a great job of adding volume to my lashes.
